Any information you provide to us on this site or through social media, fax, SMS, email and in person will be used by us to provide you with advocacy services on behalf of Du Terroil Advocacy Services LLC.  .   This may include transmitting to and/or discussing this information with  insurance companies, employers and providers.    We will share the minimum information necessary  in order to progress your case.  We do not currently conduct appeals on behalf of any providers and are not therefore directly covered by the Health Insurance Portabliity and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA") however the management of your personal health information is of the utmost important to us and we take reasonable steps to protect it by using the appropriate document storage systems and HIPAA-compliant electronic fax management.  We will notify you promptly if any data concerns are brought to our attention.  By conducting business with us you agree to these terms and waive any claims related to data breach.  Links to other websites are provided for your convenience and Du Terroil Advocacy Services LLC is not responsible nor do we specifically endorse such site or services or products provided thereon.
